I founded ACOMPANY Creative Lab to build brand worlds that go beyond logos and campaigns. My team focuses on creating unique narratives that give every ad and touchpoint meaning, combining creative boldness with strategic clarity that stand out and stick. My passion for branding began at Scholastic, National Geographic, and Sesame Place, where I navigated the complexities of pedagogy, building visual systems, translating dense content into intuitive, iconic visuals, and creating sub-brands from licensed products. At the NFL, I redesigned sport team style guidelines, refreshed branding across video, stage, and merchandise, and shaped the Play:60 outreach program. I worked at top agencies across US, Canada, and UK such as CDM, FCB, Havas, Klick, Cherry, Apothecom, and Area23. I led HCP and DTC initiatives for leading companies such as Pfizer, Novartis, Merck, Astellas, Vifor, Abbott, Gilead, Galderma, Alcon, Cordis, Moderna, Biosense Webster, Avery Dennison, and Takeda. I worked across indications including diabetes, respiratory, dermatology, oncology, vaccines, rare diseases, shaping both lifestyle and high-science brands with a particular focus on women’s and children’s health, disease awareness and education. ACOMPANY Creative Lab is a NY-certified SBS/WoBE. Our work has earned numerous awards including a Webby and Fast Company Innovation.

I built a career shaping personalities into iconic brands. I worked with Lenny Kravitz, the Rolling Stones, Christina Aguilera, Dave Mathews, and Jared Leto crafting campaigns, logos, merch, stage, environmental design, and even tattoos featuring branded hieroglyphics. When the music industry began to evolve in a homogenous direction, I transitioned into the corporate sector, reimagining corporate and luxury brands and their subsidiaries for such clients as Pfizer, Abbott, GE, Citibank, Samsung, Philips, Coca Cola, Ford, ESPN, Nike, and Adidas, ensuring every touchpoint reflects a unique brand voice, from brand architecture, to interactive experiences that drive recognition and forge a long lasting relationship with the customer. I have been recognized by the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame for my ongoing design contributions to the industry. I am a voting member of the Grammy’s. Anna and I are a part of the NYC Grammy children’s outreach program, bringing design and music into schools.

I take comfort in discomfort, always exploring innovation to drive change and exceptional results.  I started my career in healthcare market research, which led to the discovery of my passion for creative communications.  I now have over 20 years' experience in the healthcare sector, during which time I built a reputation for my ability to identify and solve complex business and communications problems creatively and efficiently. I have a wealth of experience in developing differentiated strategies and innovative and effective campaigns at every stage of the brand lifecycle, for global, EMEA, US- and UK- domestic marketing, medical affairs, and corporate communication teams. My experience and understanding of HCP and patient behaviors spans across a multitude of therapy areas. I apply that knowledge to brands in and out of the healthcare industry to change minds and behaviors. ACOMPANY Creative Lab gives me the opportunity to work with amazing clients and the ability to champion innovative and ground-breaking creative that is rooted in using the latest technologies specifically engineered to create value for the end customer.
