Clarion Collection Branding

We developed a color-coded branding concept for the Clarion Collection, with templates and a booth experience showcasing the campaign’s photography. The concept is still under review and continues to inform the client’s evolving brand strategy.

Journey Map

The journey map was the springboard for Alcon’s omnichannel experience, outlining patient, practice, and rep touchpoints, identifying obstacles and opportunities, and guiding content creation to close the loop on engagement.

Alcon Portal / HCP facing

Inspired by the Netflix interface, we transformed a complex healthcare portal into a hub for practices to learn and grow, delivering value, not noise. We restructured and branded the portal, organized 1,000+ pieces of content, and built a system for ongoing updates. An intuitive interface with streamlined filters and personalized content alerts kept users engaged and in control.

ALCON Clareon Concierge

We conceptualized a personalized HCP platform for Alcon DTP’s SEE DIFFERENTLY campaign, featuring bright imagery, interactive self-assessments, a resource hub, and AI-driven navigation to enhance accessibility and user experience.

ALCON Native Ads

We conceptualized YOU’VE GOT TO SEE THIS, a social campaign that meets patients “doomscrolling” after noticing vision changes. Using stunning landscapes and aspirational headlines, it guided them from social and WebMD to the ALCON cataract site.

Clareon Collective HCP Experience

As part of our think-tank work, we conceptualized OCUVERSE, an interactive HCP portal blending education, gamification, and peer connection. The idea allowed surgeons to explore the device, watch masterclasses on topics beyond the product, and engage with a rewards program offering discounts and incentives.

ACTIVATE Rep Game Sales Incentive: VISION QUEST

We created a text-based scavenger hunt with dashboard analytics as a sales incentive for reps ahead of an internal event. Reps completed tasks, collected rewards, and participated in bonus rounds. In just three weeks from ideation to deployment, we designed the game outline, set parameters, created GIF rewards, and built a dashboard for deployment and proof of completion.
